摘要
为了实现节能降耗,山西某大型煤矿企业针对高压主通风机进行技术改造。根据设备的具体工艺情况,并且分析比较各种可能的技术方案,确定采用高压变频技术的最佳解决方案。通过对改造前后主通风机运行情况的对比分析,得出改造后电能大幅度降低、提高主通风机的控制水平的结论。
A large-sized coal miner starts the technical alteration for its high-voltage main fanning machine to reduce the power consumption. Following all kinds of possible solutions,optimized solution scheme which uses high-voltage frequency conversion technology is adopted, based on concrete technical conditions. Comparing the performance of main fanning machine before and after the alteration, it is concluded that the alteration can lower the use of electricity and improve the controllability of the main fanning machine.
