聚氨酯面漆是海洋钢结构最常用的面漆之一,其化学成分促使其具有优良的保护性能及外观效果。除了聚氨酯面漆本身对湿度及温度都有较高的要求外,涂层后期的破坏都会造成修补问题。修补不可避免的与原有漆膜存在外观差异,差异的原因往往是由施工方式、钢板状态、环境、人员技能共同引起的,差异的形成严重的影响着涂层的品质,需要施工方在施工过程中予以注意。
