摘要
向国际型工程公司转型已经成为国内大型勘察设计企业的战略性选择,文章分析了勘察设计企业的发展特点、现状及存在的问题,研究了战略转型的决定性条件,并结合实际提出了建议意见。
Change to engineering company has become the strategic choice for the domestic large survey and design enterprises. The paper analyzed the survey and design enterprise＇s development characteristics, present situation and the existing problems, researched the decisive condition of strategic transformation, and put forward some suggestions combined with the actual situation.
