耕地资源价值与征地补偿标准的对比研究——以兰州市城关区为例

The Comparative Study Between the Value of Cultivated Land Resources and Land Requisition Compensation Standards—Case Study in Chengguan Area of Lanzhou

以兰州市城关区为例,按耕地资源具有经济产出、社会价值和生态价值,引用收益还原法和替代市场法定量地核算该区耕地资源的价值并与其征地补偿标准进行比较分析。结果表明:兰州市城关区现行征地补偿标准低于耕地资源总价值,属于适当补偿;青白石街道与伏龙坪街道耕地资源总价值相当,但其各自的征地补偿标准却存在较大差别。

Take Chengguan area of Lanzhou as example, by using the method of cultivated land resource with economic output, social value and ecological value, the value of local cultivated land resource and the value of land compensation standard are analyzed. Results show that： the current land expropriation compensation standard in Chengguan area of Lanzhou is lower than the real value of cultivated land resource, which is a kind of proper compensation; the value of cultivated land resource of Qingbaishi street and Fulongping street are the same, but the land requistion compensation standard are different.
