Study on the Innovation Strategy of Light Plane Industrialization in Our Country

针对我国轻型飞机产业化现状,研究了该领域实施创新战略的可能性,同时根据政策的发展和市场的需求,提出要加强制度创新、组建战略联盟、强化竞争战略、实施人才战略等一系列推进发展的措施,以此来加速我国轻型飞机的产业化发展步伐,促进我国通用航空市场的发展,为国民经济贡献力量。

On account of the status of light plane industrialization in our country, this paper studied the possibility to implement innovation strategy in this sphere. At the same time, according to development of policy and demand of market, it proposed a series of measures includingstrengthening the institutional innovation, forming strategic alliance, implementing human resources strategy etc. which can promote the development of light plane industrialization. So as to accelerate the pace of light plane industrialization development in our country, it alsocan promote the development of China＇s general aviation market and contribute to the national economy.
