腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗急性胆囊炎的疗效比较

Effect comparison of laparoscopic and traditional open cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis

目的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)与传统开腹胆囊切除术(OC)治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法对56例接受LC和73例接受OC的急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性对照分析。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),LC组优于OC组。结论 LC具有创伤小、恢复快、术后并发症少等优点,是治疗急性胆囊炎较为理想的手术方式。

Objective To compared the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） and open cholecystectomy（OC） in the treatment of acute eholeeystitis. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases with acute eholecystitis receiving LC and 73 cases with acute eholecystitis receiving OC were retrospectively control analyzed. Results There were significantly differ ences between two groups in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, time of ambulation, hospitalization time and complications （all P 〈 0.01 ）, the LC group was better than the OC group. Conclusion LC for acute choleeystitis have advantages of less trauma, faster postoperative recovery, fewer postoperative complications etc. it is a ideal oneration way.
