逆行交锁髓内钉与动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折的临床分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨逆行交锁髓内钉与动力髁螺钉治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法对本院收治的86例股骨远端骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,A组43例患者采用逆行交锁髓内钉(GSH)进行内固定,B组43例患者采用动力髁螺钉(DCS)进行内固定。观察两组患者的疗效。结果 A组患者的优良率为93.02%,与B组的86.05%比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。A组患者骨折延迟愈合2例,膝关节疼痛4例,膝关节僵硬2例;B组患者骨折延迟愈合2例,感染3例,膝关节僵硬2例,P>0.05。结论逆行交锁髓内钉和动力髁螺钉均适合于治疗股骨远端骨折,两种方法疗效相当,但是各具优点,应根据患者的具体情况选用合适的治疗方法 。 Objective To study the curative effect of distal femoral fracture by retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail and dynamic condylar screw. Methods Eighty six cases were to the far end of the femoral fracture patients for clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, A group of 43 patients with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail and B group of 43 pa tients with dynamic condylar screw internal fixation. The curative effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results The excellent rate of A group was 93.02%, and excellent rate of B group was 86.05%, the difference wasn't statistically significant between the two groups, P 〉 0.05. A group of patients with fracture delayed union in 2 cases, and knee pain in 4 cases, the knee joint stiffness in 2 cases; Group B patients fracture delayed union in 2 cases, infection in 3 cases, 2 cases of knee joint stiffness, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail and dynamic condylar screw are suitable for treatment of distal femoral fracture, the two methods are all effect, but with different advantages, should choose appropriate treatment according to the specific condition of patients.
