我院门诊中药注射剂药物应用情况分析

The usage situation analysis of traditional Chinese medicine injection medicament in outpatient clinic of our hospital

目的了解本院门诊中药注射剂的使用情况,促进中药注射剂的合理用药。方法随机抽取本院2010年1月1日～6月31日门诊中药注射剂处方923张,统计患者性别、年龄、诊断、用药品种、类别、联合用药、配伍情况等,以药品说明书为依据,对数据结果进行统计分析。结果本院门诊儿童使用中药注射剂的比例达62.54%。清热解毒类处方占72.02%,存在超适应证使用中药注射剂和联合用药缺乏依据等情况。结论本院中药注射剂的应用存在着一定的不合理现象,需加强中药注射剂的合理应用。

Objective To understand the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections and improve the level of rational administration of drug. Methods Randomly selected 923 Chinese medicine injections prescriptions within January 1 to June 31 2010, according to the statistical of the Chinese medicine injections prescriptions, including patient age, sex, diag nose category, classification, combined drug, compatibility of medicines etc. Gathering and analyzing statistics according to the medicine instructions. Results The usage rate of using Chinese medicine injections in children was 62.54%, heatre moving drug accounting for 72.02%. The problems existing in using Chinese medicine injections on over indications and lack of scientific basis on combined drug. Conclusion Irrational drug-use of Chinese medicine injections still exist, we should strengthen the reasonableness on the appliance of Chinese medicine irjiections.
