Development of dyed silk warp knitted T-shirt fabric

采用新型技术开发了真丝经编色织面料,从产品设计、原料准备、织造工艺等方面介绍了开发过程中的难点。对比原有技术,突出了经编以及色织的鲜明特点,并结合生产出现的问题,阐述了实际生产中控制纬斜、卷边和缩水率的一些关键技术。

Warp knitted silk fabric is developed by use of new technology and difficuhs in its product design, raw material preparation, weaving process are also listed. Contrast to the original technology, the highlights of the development are on dyed yarn warp knitting. Key technology in controlling water shrinking, edge curing and skewing are also described.
