摘要
为了改善PTT形状记忆织物的润湿性能,对其进行氧气等离子体处理。通过SEM分析了处理前后纤维表面形貌的变化。分别改变等离子处理时间、反应功率及氧气压强等参数,研究各因素对织物润湿性的影响关系,实验表明,经氧气等离子体处理后,PTT纤维表面因等离子刻蚀作用而变得粗糙,纤维表面能提高,纤维亲水性增强,PTT形状记忆织物的润湿性有较明显改善。
PTT shape memory fabric was treated by oxygen plasma for improving its wetting property. The morphological change of the fibers before and after plasma treatment was investigated by scanning electron microscope. The relationship between wetting property and plasma treatment time, its reaction power and oxygen pressure was analyzed. The result indicates that oxygen plasma treatment resulted in the increase of the surface roughness, the surface energy and the hydrophility of fiber. Therefore, the wetting property of PTT shape memory fabric is greatly improved.
