气流槽聚型紧密纺纯苎麻织物的开发与评价

摘要 对气流槽聚型紧密纺和普通环锭纺两种纺纱方式的苎麻纱线进行上浆、织造,并对织制的织物采用KES-FB织物风格仪测试其基本力学性能,在此基础上计算得到织物的4项基本风格值。实验结果表明,气流槽聚型紧密纺苎麻纱织物的滑爽度、硬挺度、平展度较普通环锭纱织物好,两种纱线织物丰满度差异不大,前者更适合作为夏季衬衫面料。 Ramie yarn spun by use of compact spinning with inspiratory groove and ordinary ring spinning is sized and woven and the basic mechanical properties are tested by KES - FB fabric style tester. On this basis, four basic style values of the fabric are calculation. The experimental results show that the smoothness, stiffness and evenness of the air Inseparable spun ramie fabric are better than that of the ring spun ramie fabric. But the fullness of the two fabrics shows little difference. The inspiratory groove yarn fabric is more suitable for summer shirt fabric.
