摘要 细菌性脑膜炎是常见的中枢神经系统感染，它分为社区和医院获得性细菌性脑膜炎（nosocomial bacterial meningitis, NBM），在发达国家成人中发病率为4／10万-6／10万。常见的感染原因是婴幼儿感染、局部流行和继发于中耳炎、肺炎、外伤、腰椎穿刺、脑脊液引流、神经外科手术。其中NBM是严重的医院感染，
