摘要
目的探讨社区孕妇健康教育的作用。方法对农村社区与城镇社区实验组孕妇实施健康教育,自行设计问卷,健康教育前后对实验组及对照组进行问卷调查。结果健康教育后实验组孕妇孕期、分娩期、产褥期、新生儿期知识的认知答对率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),城镇社区健康教育前后知识答对率较农村社区高(P<0.05)。结论社区孕妇健康教育可有效提高孕产期知识掌握水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of community health education among pregnant women.Methods Health education was given to pregnant women both in rural community and urban communities,and questionnaire was designed to evaluate the effects of health education both in the treatment groups and the control group after the questionnaire surveys.Results The rate of right knowledge of pregnant women in the treatment groups during delivery,puerperium,neonatal period was higher than that in the control group after the health education（P0.05）,and the rate of right knowledge of urban community was higher than that of rural community before and after health education（P0.05）.Conclusion Health education can effectively enrich pregnant women＇s knowledge.
