hWAPL基因在宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内瘤变中的研究进展

摘要 hWAPL基因是近年来发现的一个调节细胞染色体结构的一个基因,在宫颈癌组织中特异性高表达,具有癌基因的特性,其相应的RNAi能明显抑制细胞hWAPL的表达并促进细胞凋亡,是宫颈癌基因治疗的一个潜在靶点。
