无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤的诊治进展 被引量：4

摘要 无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤（cervical spinal cord injury with-out fracture and dislocation,CSCIWFD）是指X线片上无骨折脱位,而患者却出现明显的颈脊髓损伤的症状和体征[1],随着影像学技术的发展,对CSCIWFD的病因、机制、治疗及预后有了更加深刻的认识,现对CSCIWFD的诊治进展做一综述。
