摘要
针对京广线换轨大修后,动车横向高频振动所引发的抖车问题,进行了现场调查和针对性的试验。全面分析了换轨、放散、大机作业等各项施工对抖车的影响,在排除钢轨出厂初始不平顺因素的前提下,认为导致抖车的原因主要有:轨距控制范围过小,造成轨向病害峰值小但波长短,形成多波轨向;轨枕螺栓扭矩过大,造成弹条、胶垫失效变形,水平变化频繁;现场作业方式不正确等。对此采取了针对性的措施,取得了良好的整治效果。
In order to solve the car-shaking problem caused by the locomotive horizontal high-frequency vibration after the railchanging repair of the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway,an on-the-spot investigation and corresponding experiments are made.An all-round analysis is made of the impact of the car-shaking problem resulting from the change of rails,diffusion,the operation of large machinery and other construction processes.After excluding the factor of the initial rail irregularity in manufacturing,it can be concluded that the car-shaking phenomenon is chiefly caused by the following factors : the control range of the track gauge being too small,which results in the peak values of the disease in the track orientation being small and the wavelength being short,thus forming the multiple-wave orientation of the track;the torsion of the bolts for sleepers being too great,causing the springy bands and rubber cushions to become ineffective and to be deformed;level changes being too frequent;construction operations at the site being incorrect,etc.With the above-mentioned factors taken into account and corresponding measures taken,very good tackling effects are achieved.
