广东省第八届大运会篮球裁判员现状的调查研究

The research on the actuality of referee of basketball in the 8th sports meeting for college students of Guangdong

通过问卷调查、文献资料、座谈交流和数据统计等方法,对广东省第八届大运会篮球裁判员进行调查分析.结果显示:广东省历届大运会都有篮球项目,而且参赛队伍越来越多;第八届大运会篮球项目只有粤西地区未抽调裁判员;国家级以上裁判员有16人,占23.88%,其中女性3名;裁判员基本以中青年为主,体育教师49人,占73.13%,职业分布较为均衡合理;副教授以上职称22人,占32.84%,说明裁判员整体素质较高.赛前首次对教练员和裁判员进行了培训学习,为本次赛事顺利进行打下了良好基础.为进一步探讨广东省篮球裁判员发展思路,更好地为今后省大运会篮球裁判员选派和大学生篮球运动开展,拟为广东省篮球裁判主管政府部门提供参考.

The research and analysis on the referees of basketball in the 8th sports meeting for college students of Guangdong have been carried out by the way of questionnaire,documents and exchange of information and statistical data.It shows that every sports meeting has basketball project and more and more groups tend to take part in it.The basketball referees are transferred from all the ares except the western part of Guangdong.Three are 16 national-level basketball referees,accounting for 23.88% and one of them is female.Referee is basic mainly in young and middle-aged and 49 PE teachers＇ accounts for 73.13%.Occupation distribution is more balanced and reasonable.The number of referees with the rank over associate professors is 22,accounting for 32.84%.This fact shows high-quality of these basketball referees.Before the game some trainings for the coach and referees are performed,which lays a foundation for success of game.In order to further probe into the development of basketball referees and basketball game of Guangdong,this thesis is intended to provide some theoretical support for the government supervising basketball referees.
