The management idea and method of the project owner in project check, proJect scnedule, project invest, project quality safety, project contract and project communication were expounded systematically. It was emphasized that establishing scientific and reasonable comprehensive coordination mechanism plays very important role in increasing the management level for large - scale mine construction programs. It provides the project owners a new thinking for optimizing program management.
