摘要
分析了影响腐殖酸盐型煤粘结剂质量的因素。通过试验,对粘结剂配制过程中的加料顺序,温度、pH、钙镁离子量、粘土加量等工艺参数进行了优化。粘结剂配制工艺优化后,型煤冷强度由50 kg/个提高到65 kg/个,热稳定性合格率由85%提高到90%以上,型煤质量明显提高。
The factors influencing the quality of humic acid salt binder were analyzed.Based on experimental test,the optimizations for materials′ adding order in preparation and the process indicators as temperature,pH value,ion contents of calcium and magnesium,clay adding etc were carried out,which raised the quality of shaped coal: the strength was raised from 50 kg a piece to 65 kg,the passing rate for stability in heat status was raised from 85% to 90%.
