摘要
矿井在进入深部开采后,软岩巷道围岩出现显著变形,围岩破碎严重,对巷道围岩稳定性的控制变得极其困难。针对该情况,千秋煤矿在21区轨道下山扩修施工中,采用"锚网喷+锚索桁架+壁后注浆"相结合的联合支护技术,加强了深部软岩巷道的支护,较好地解决了围岩松软、高变形巷道的支护难题,技术经济效益显著,确保了工程质量和生产安全。
Significant distortion of surrounding rock appeared when Qianqiu Coal Mine came into the deep mining,and the surrounding rock was broken seriously,the stability of surrounding rock was extremely difficult to control.Aiming at this situation,combined supporting technology of bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh,anchor cable and grouting behind shaft was carried out in the expansion construction of 21 mining area rail downward in Qianqiu Coal Mine.The application of combined supporting technology strengthened the supporting of deep soft rock roadway,solved the supporting problems of soft surrounding rock and significant distortion of roadway,and gained remarkable effects,ensured the engineering quality and safe production.
