摘要
为使运输能力满足生产要求,针对张村矿主提升带式输送机的现状,结合生产实际情况,对输送机的驱动装置、输送带等主要部件进行了选型设计、校核。实践证明,采用该设计方案的输送机整机结构布置合理,驱动可靠,经济效益明显。
To meet the construction demands of transport capacity,according to the current situation of belt conveyor in main hoist of Zhangcun Coal Mine,based on the actual production,type selection design was carried out on main parts of belt conveyor,such as driving device and conveyor belt,application effects of chosen devices were also inspected.Practice shows that,the structure design is reasonable,the driving device runs reliably,and the economic profit is remarkable.
