文秘专业教学存在问题及对策研究

摘要 本研究以西北大学职业技术学院所设置的文秘专业为例,采用问卷调查的方法,对文秘专业所集中反映的问题进行探讨和研究得出结论:文秘专业设置不合理,不能适应工业化和信息化时代的发展要求。因此.对文秘专业改革提出几点建议旨在改革弊端,使文秘专业课程开设更加合理化、具体化、人性化,扩宽文秘专业的就业前景。 In this study, Northwestern University of Career Technical College set in the case of the secretary specialty, using the method of questionnaire survey, for the secretary major concentration reflecting the problems were discussed and reached the conclusion: secretarial specialty setting is unreasonable, and cannot get used to the requirement of the developing industrialization and informatization era. Therefore, the reform of secretarial has put forward some suggestions to reform the malpractice, made professional secretarial courses more reasonable, specific, user-friendly, widened the employment prospects of secretarial major.
