摘要 矿用2JTK系列卷扬机电控系统调速是靠改变串入绕线式电机转子的电阻来实现,属能耗转差调速,转差功率全部转化为热量消耗在电阻上,极不经济,且无法实现平稳调速,导致箕斗运行不平稳,停车时不平衡有留钩现象,存在不安全因素。改用变频调速系统替代原工频调速系统,具有优良机械特性和很高的功率因数及能量转换效率,节电效果明显。 The speed regulation of electronic control system of 2JTK series winches used in mines is realized by the change of the rotor resistance of wound rotor type motor,which is energy-consumed slip speed regulation and the slip power which is consumed by the resistors totally turns to heat.It is extremely bad for economic benefit.Unstable regulation results in unsafe factors such as unstable bucket operation and unbalanced hook up during stop.Speed regulation by frequency conversion instead of power frequency is of excellent mechanical properties,and high power factor and energy conversion efficiency.The energy saving effect is obvious.
