摘要
介绍了125 t钢锭及其缸体锻件的生产过程,解剖试验分析了缸体锻件中间冲脱部分的内部质量。结果表明:该125 t大型钢锭内部的冶金质量优良,锻造工艺合适,为以后生产更大等级的钢锭和锻件奠定了基础。
This paper has introduced the production process of 125 t steel ingot and cylinder forgings.The internal quality of the rush off part of cylinder forgings has been analyzed by dissection test.The results show the 125 t steel ingot internal metallurgical quality was good,and the forging process was suitable.
