摘要
研究了模拟焊后热处理对SA-508Gr.3 Cl.1钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,模拟焊后热处理会导致SA-508Gr.3 Cl.1调质钢强度的下降和冲击韧性的降低,即出现了回火脆性。分析结果表明:模拟焊后热处理后缓慢冷却的试样中发生了明显的P元素从晶粒内部向晶界偏聚的现象,这将弱化晶界,导致热处理后试样强度和冲击韧性降低。通过降低钢中的P、S、As等杂质元素含量和提高焊后热处理冷却速度可以消除这一不利影响。
The effect of simulated post-weld heat treatment on mechanical properties of SA-508Gr.3 Cl.1 steel has been researched.The experimental results show that simulated post-weld heat treatment reduces the strength and impact toughness of the steel.In another word,temper brittleness is appeared.Element analysis results exhibit that the element P is aggregated on grain boundaries from grain interior of specimen after simulated post-weld heat treatment,which weakens grain boundaries and decreases specimen strength and impact toughness.This temper brittleness could be eliminated by decreasing the element contents of P,S and As and improving cooling speed of post-weld heat treatment.
