摘要
使用VIFL-0.5 t真空感应熔炼炉冶炼INCONEL 718高温合金。实验结果表明选用杂质含量较少、纯净度较高的氧化镁质坩埚和合理使用返回炉料以及合理选择新配炉料的化学成分,可以将高温合金中的氧含量控制在0.001 0%以下、氮、氢元素含量控制在0.005%和0.000 3%以下。在真空感应熔炼过程中,充入氩气保护、合理安排易烧损元素的加入顺序,可以实现在较低的真空度下使铝、钛等易烧损合金元素保持较高的收得率。
INCONEL 718 superalloy is smelted in VIFL-0.5 t vacuum induction furnace.The test results shows that the selection of low impurity content,high purity magnesia quality of crucible and the reasonable use of return materials and reasonable selection of new charging chemical composition can make oxygen content of superalloy be controlled in the 0.001 0% or less and the nitrogen and hydrogen content be controlled below 0.005% and 0.000 3% respectively.In the vacuum induction melting process,through the protection of argon gas filled and reasonable arrangements of easy burning elements joining order,aluminum,titanium and other easy burning elements can be maintained in a higher absorptivity.
