摘要 针对大型锻件在高温锻造过程中周围环境温度较高导致测温误差大的情况,设计了一种高精度的温度在线测量系统。该系统能有效抑制热态锻件周围背景光辐射和环境光对测温精度带来的影响,提高测温精度。通过实验验证了该测温系统的可行性,精度比一般红外测温仪高,满足在线测温要求。 In view of the problem of the great temperature measurement error caused by high ambient temperature in the forging process for large forging,a high precision and online temperature measurement system is designed.The influences of the surroundings light and environment light around the hot-state forging are restrained to improve measuring precision.The measuring system is feasibility through the experiment verification and can meet the precision demand of online measurements.This system precision is higher than that of other infrared temperature measurement thermometer.
