摘要
建筑工程质量事关重大,房屋建筑工程施工质量监管显得尤为重要,但监理工程师很容易忽视监理的预控工作。针对此问题,文章紧紧围绕影响工程质量的人、机、料、法、环五个因素,阐述了监理工程师在建筑工程质量预控工作中应注意的问题。
