TD法混合盐浴渗钒在SDC99钢上的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对SDC99新型冷作模具钢的TD法盐浴渗钒配方进行了研究,确定出最佳的混合盐浴配方为75.6%硼砂+8.4%BaCl2+10%V2O5+6%Al粉。用该配方对SDC99钢进行950℃×4 h渗钒处理,能获得均匀、连续的碳化钒覆层。SDC99钢的碳化钒覆层与对比试验的Cr12MoV钢所获厚度相当,认为这是碳与钢中各种合金元素相互作用的结果。 The best formulation of vanadizing in the mixed salt bath of the new type cold die steel SDC99 was determined,which was 75.6%Borax+8.4%BaCl2+ 10%V2O5+ 6%Al powder.Vanadium carbide formed on the surface of SDC99 was of uniform thickness all over the surface and the coating layer was dense,smooth and compact after vanadizing at 950 ℃×4 h by above formulation.The layer thickness of SDC99 steel was similar to that of the compared Cr12MoV steel,due to the interaction between various kinds of alloying elements and carbon in the steel.
