Innovation is the Only Way to Enterprise Development

创新是企业永恒的主题,是企业发展的必由之路,企业只有创新才能适应不断变化的市场需求。文章从战略创新、技术创新、管理创新3个层面总结了江苏省交通科学研究院股份有限公司多年来开展企业创新的一些体会。实践证明,只有不断创新才能在竞争中取得主动,才能立于不败之地。

Innovation is the eternal theme and the only way to enterprise development,only by innovation can enterprise adapt changing market requirement and market competition. This paper introduces innovation practices of Jiangsu Transportation Research Institute Co. Ltd. form three levels including strategy innovation,technology innovation and management innovation.h is proved that only taking continuous innovation can we achieved initiative and success.
