摘要
由于２０００ 年问题的复杂性，目前我国还没有一个针对２０００ 年问题的法律文件。本文在于分析我国的具体情况和问题，讨论用户在法律方面的权利与义务，为我国企业提出为维护企业利益所应该采取的法律措施提出分析和建议。
Due to the complexity of the Y2k problem, there is not yet any legal laws or regulations on it here. This paper analyzes the current situation and discusses the user's rights and obligations in the legal sense. It aims at providing the enterprises legal measures in self defense.
