我国大中城市实行混合居住的必要性及其规划模式探讨

A Probe into the Necessity and Planning Model of Mixed Inhabitancy Implemented in China's Large and Mediumsized Cities

在梳理我国居住空间分异的历史和现状的基础上,结合欧美国家百余年来混合居住的政策变迁,论证出目前我国大中城市在公共住房开发建设过程中实行混合居住策略的必要性,进而探讨适合我国国情的混合居住规划模式及其实施要点,即"社区混合,小区同质"的规划模式。

On the basis of combing the history and status quo of residential space differentiation in China, by integration with policy changes on the mixed inhabitancy of Euro-American countries for more than a century, the text demonstrates the necessity of mixed inhabitancy strategy implemented in the public housing development and construction process in China’s large and medium-sized cities at present, and further probes into the planning model and implementation key pints of mixed inhabitancy which adapt to the situation of our country, i.e. the planning model of ＂community mixture and residential quarter homogeneity＂.
