江苏省居民结核病知识、态度和行为调查分析

Analysis of public knowledge,attitude and practice on tuberculosis prevention and control in parts of Jiangsu Province

目的了解江苏省居民结核病相关知识、态度和行为的情况,为针对性开展结核病健康教育提供依据。方法根据文献设计调查问卷,在江苏省防治重大传染病综合示范区随机抽取社区居民进行问卷调查,统计分析人群的结核病知识、态度、行为现况。结果社区居民对结核病知识的总知晓率为62.7%。经多因素分析显示,随着年龄增加知识及格率增加(OR=0.479,95%CI=0.419～0.54),文化程度越高知识及格率越高(OR=0.538,95%CI=0.497～0.583),教师和职员及格率较高(OR=0.94,95%CI=0.911～0.971),最近半年接受过健康教育的及格率较高(OR=0.665,95%CI=0.613～0.722);研究还发现调查对象的知识、态度和行为间存在相互影响。结论居民的结核病防治知识的提高,有利于其正确态度与行为的形成,同时应着重在新进入的流动人群中开展有针对性的健康教育。

Objective To understand the current status of public knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP） on tuberculosis prevention and control in parts of Jiangsu Province, and provide evidence for policy development on TB health promotion. Methods Questionnaire surveys were carried out for the residents in Jiangsu Province. The data of demographic characteristics and knowledge, attitude, practice （KAP） of TB prevention were collected for statistical analysis. Results Sixty-two point seven percent of residents were aware of the general information about TB prevention and control. Multivariate analysis showed that residents with a higher qualified rate were more likely to be associated with age increasing. （OR =-O. 479,95 % CI= 0. 419- 0.54）, as well as associated with higher education background（OR=O. 538, 95%CI=0. 497- O. 583）, teachers or staff had higher score （OR= O. 94, 95 %CI= 0. 911-0. 971）, and people who received health education in 6 months also had higher qualified rate（OR=0. 665, 95%CI：0. 613-0. 722）. It was also found that knowledge, attitude and practice inter-influenced among residents. Conclusion The formation of correct attitude and behavior is based on the knowledge about TB prevention and treatment. More effective health education should focus on the transient population, especially for the entrants.
