浅谈院前急救中风险的伦理学原因和对策

On Ethical Reasons and Countermeasures for the Risk of Pre-hospital Emergency Treatment

院前急救具有突发性、复杂性和不确定性等特点,使其成为高风险的医疗行为。通过分析院前急救风险的伦理学原因,即基于疾病特点的分析、社会因素的分析、急救部门职能变化的分析等,提出对于急救人员,做好院前急救工作需要做到加强医德修养,严守医疗规则;提高业务水平和服务意识;加强急救知识宣传、统一院前急救伦理规范;利用信息化技术优化急救流程。

Pre hospital emergency treatment has the characteristics ot sudden, complexity and uncertalmy, which make it a high risk medical practice. This article analyses the ethical reasons of this risk, that is, analysis on the characteristics of the diseases, analysis on the social factors, analysis on the function changing of the emer gency department. And then in order to improve pre hospital emergency treatment, the emergency medical staff should strengthen ethics cultivation, adhere to the medical rules; improve professional skills and service; enhance the emergency knowledge propaganda, unify the ethical system for pre hospital emergency treatment; optimize the emergency process by information technology.
