乳腺癌改良根治术后患者性生活教育需求调查分析

Survey and Analysis of Sexual Education Requirements in Patients after Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的明确乳腺癌改良根治术后患者性生活需求情况,为乳腺癌改良根治术后患者性生活教育提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院和西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院就诊的病人180例进行问卷调查,并分析其原因。结果①乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的性生活次数明显少于患病前(P<0.05);②乳腺癌改良根治术后患者性生活恢复的时间迟缓;③乳腺癌改良根治术后患者性生活教育需求很高(100%)。结论医务人员要打破传统观念的束缚,及时有效地做好乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的性生活教育,使患者早日恢复正常的性生活,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the sexual requirements of the patients after modified radical mastectomy, provide reference to their sexual education. Methods：IS0 patients from authors＇hospitals was given the self- design questionnaire, and the results were analyzed. Results： （ 1 ） The amount of sexual life was significantly less than before they had the operation （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. （ 2 ） The recovery time of sexual requirement was delayed. （ 3） The sexual education requirements of the patients after modified radical mastectomy were high （ 100% ）. Conclusion： Medical staff should break the shackles of traditional ideas and give sexual education to these patients in time, in order to help their sexual life recover, improve their life quality.
