摘要
分析当前医学院校管理伦理学课程开设中存在的问题,即如何顺应社会对伦理学的呼唤与需求,使卫生事业管理专业的本科生毕业后在新的工作岗位上能够从伦理学的视角更清楚地理解并执行我国各项卫生政策。并针对医学院校目前缺少有针对性的卫生管理伦理学教材及授课内容无章可循的现状,对卫生管理伦理学课程框架体系构建的过程进行了探讨:管理伦理学发展历程的追溯与梳理;伦理学视角下的卫生政策分析与评价;卫生管理伦理学框架体系的探讨与构建。
This article analyzes the current problems in Management Ethics curriculum established in medical colleges, which is how to make ethics conform to the social call and demand so that health services management professional undergraduates can understand and execute the national health policies more clearly in the ethical per spective on their new jobs after graduation. Faced with the situation that medical schools lack of specialized health management ethics textbooks and unsystematic teaching content at present, the paper also discussed the establishing process of health management ethics curriculum framework system: retrospective and combing of the development course of management ethics; health policy analysis and evaluation in ethics perspective; discussion and establish ment of the framework system of health management ethics.
