In the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period, the combination of science and technology and finance must face with higher goals and requirements. The paper discusses that as a science and technology city, basing on the previous decade construction, Mi- anyang should build a science and technology and finance platform to effectively promote financial innovation. The paper sums up the experience and problems drew from practice and effectiveness of the integration of science and technology and finance, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
