宁夏社会信用体系建设与思考

On the Construction of Social Credit System in Ningxia

社会信用体系建设是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及法律法规建设、征信市场监管和地方信用创建等多项内容。随着全国征信体系的日益完善,在人民银行银川市中心支行的积极推动下,宁夏信用体系建设取得积极进展,金融生态环境明显改善。但是,也存在信用信息尚未有效整合,各部门协调难度大和信用工程建设缺乏经济保障等突出问题。因此,应协调发挥地方政府、人民银行等相关部门的作用,促进宁夏社会信用体系建设的深入开展。

The construction of social credit system is a complicated systematic project, including construction of laws and regula- tions, credit reference industry regulation, and local credit creation etc. With the steady improvement of the national credit reference system, under the PBC Yinchuan Sub-branch＇ s active promotion, great progress has been made in Ningxia provincial credit system construction, and the financial ecological environment has significantly improved. However, there exist such crucial problems as credit information has not yet been effectively integrated, the coordination among various sectors is difficult, and there is no economic sup- port for credit project construction. Therefore, the functions of local government and the PBC should be coordinated so as to promote in depth the construction of social credit system in Ningxia province.
