针对我国医学生医学伦理素质存在的问题,揭示弘扬白求恩精神的必要性。弘扬白求恩精神是加强医疗卫生队伍建设的必然要求、是端正医德医风的重要思想武器、是提升医学生人文素养的客观要求。提出培养医学生医学伦理素质的方法:将白求恩精神育人制度化、经常化,建立育人机制;坚持开展以白求恩精神为核心的主题教育活动;光大"白求恩精神"品牌;营造浓厚的白求恩精神育人环境;加大研究力度、深度和广度,使白求恩精神常讲常新;注意发现、宣传和关心、爱护典型,形成鲜明的价值导向。
