医保办通过发挥职能作用,加强对患者的宣传和沟通,促进医患关系的和谐;同时主动和临床科室主任、医生保持良好的信息沟通,积极协调配合,良性互动,建立与医保管理机构的合作伙伴关系,从而实现医、保、患三方共赢局面,进一步推进医疗保险制度健康可持续发展。
Medical insurance office should tultill its supposed tunctions, which includes enhancing the publici ty and communication with patients, constructing a harmonious doctor patient relationship, making an active co ordination and mutual promotion with city medical insurance agencies, so as to maximize the benefits of the three parties in the medical service including hospitals, insurance agencies and patients, and promote a stable, sustain able develooment of hosoitals.
