摘要
本文在分析无刷直流电机数学模型基础上,设计了一种以PIC单片机为控制核心的电动自行车用无刷直流电机控制系统,给出了控制系统主要硬件电路设计和核心算法设计。本文针对传统PID控制的不足,结合模糊控制与PID控制,利用模糊推理方法实现对PID参数的在线自整定。对算法在Matlab环境下仿真,并对采用传统PID控制及模糊自整定参数PID控制的无刷直流电机控制系统进行了实验分析和比较。
Based on the mathematical model of BLDCM, a brushless DC motor of electric bicycle control system based on PIC microcontroller was designed In this paper. The detail of hardware circuit and software design methods were given. According to the shortage of conventional PID control, combining with fuzzy control and PID control, the selftuning of PID parameters was realized through fuzzy inference. The control algorithm was simulated in Matlab. The experiment results of BLDCM control with the conventional PID and fuzzy selftuning parameters PID were compared and analyzed.
