摘要
发展了传统的"环境—战略—组织"研究模式,构建了"组织学习—动态能力—战略变化"的新分析范式,研究发现:组织学习和动态能力都能对战略变化产生正向影响;组织学习还能通过动态能力间接地正向影响战略变化;企业应积极推进组织学习和动态能力,以提升战略变化的实施效果,加快战略变化速度和扩大战略变化幅度。
This paper develops the traditional "environment – strategy – organization" mode,builds "organizational learning-dynamic capabilities-strategic change" analysis paradigm.It finds that: both organizational learning and dynamic capabilities can positively affect strategic change;organizational learning also has positive influence on strategic change through dynamic capabilities indirectly;firms should propel organizational learning and dynamic capabilities actively in order to promote the implementation effects of strategic change,accelerate its pace and expand its range.
