Analysis of Human Resource Management in SMEs in Western China and Political Advice

以西部15家中小企业的调查访谈数据结果为依据,对西部中小企业人力资源管理的存在问题及其原因进行分析,提出构建提升中国西部中小企业人力资源管理能力的服务和政策体系,对中小企业人力资源管理的发展给予重点扶持。

Based on a survey of 15 SMEs in Western China,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of human resource management in SMEs in Western China.It indicates a way of building a system of policy and service to improve the ability of SMEs＇ human resource management.
