可摘义齿着色影响因素的研究

Influencing factors of removable denture staining

目的:探讨义齿着色的影响因素。方法:以226例戴用可摘义齿者为对象,进行问卷调查和义齿临床检查,对调查结果进行单因素分析及Logistic回归分析。结果:单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、是否吸烟、是否喝茶、夜间义齿是否摘下泡水、基托有无磨痕、义齿有无异味、基托材料、义齿戴用时间、清洁方式均对患者的义齿着色评分有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,最后进入回归模型的影响因素有是否吸烟、基托有无磨痕、义齿有无异味、义齿戴用时间、基托种类、清洁方式。结论:吸烟、基托磨痕、义齿异味、义齿长时间戴用会促使义齿着色,是义齿着色的危险因素(OR>1),而使用金属基托、义齿清洁剂可以有效减少义齿着色,是其保护因素(OR<1),故建议患者选择整铸支架式义齿,使用清洁剂清洁义齿,戒烟,定期更换或抛光义齿。

Objective： To study the relevant factors of removable denture staining.Methods： A questionnaire survey and clinical examination were carried out in 226 patients with removable dentures,and multifactorial logistic regression analysis followed by monofactorial analysis was applied to analyze the data.Results： According to monofactorial analysis,sex,smoking,tea drinking,immersing denture in water during night,denture base abrasion,denture odour,base category,wearing time and cleaning methods were related to the denture staining with significant difference（P0.05）.Logistic regression analysis displayed that smoking（OR=8.797）,denture base abrasion（OR=7.777）,denture odour（OR=3.385）,wearing time（OR=2.283）,base category（OR=0.336） and cleaning methods（OR=0.070） were main influencing factors of the denture staining.Conclusion： The risk factors（OR1） of denture coloration are smoking,denture base abrasion,odour and longer wearing time.The protective factors（OR1） are metal denture base and denture cleaners.
