摘要
针对汽轮机末级动叶片在实际应用中的抗疲劳性能问题,文章通过对1Cr12Ni2W1Mo1V不锈钢进行不同参数下的加工试验,研究了过程参数对叶片表面残余应力的影响机理及规律。将不同组间的试验数据进行对比得出了结论,并对产生原因进行了分析,认为提高主轴转速有利于残余压应力的加大,而温度热应力对残余拉应力起着主导作用。可在不同加工参数条件下提高叶片表面的残余压应力,减少了后续的喷丸表面处理工序。
For the last stage turbine rotor blades in the practical application of the anti-fatigue performance issues,the article adapt different parameters of the process to 1Cr12Ni2W1Mo1V stainless steel milling and research the process parameters influence on the leaf surface residual stress mechanism and the law.Different groups of test data for comparison come to the conclusion,and the causes are analyzed,that the spindle speed which is conducive to increased residual compressive stress increased,the temperature of thermal stress plays a leading role in the residual tensile stress,which can conditions at different processing parameters to improve the blade surface residual stress.This reducing the follow-up shot peening surface treatment processes.
