摘要
微小型零件的加工技术研究在发达国家已开展多年。微细车铣切削技术无论是在生产率还是在加工表面质量上,较其它加工技术而言更适合于微细轴类零件和具有复杂型面的微小型零件的加工。综合近年来机械、电子、材料学等领域研究成果,应用模块化设计方法对多轴联动数控微细车铣切削机床进行了结构设计、强度校核计算及仿真等,结果显示本设计符合设计技术要求,具有实际应用价值。
Research on machining miniature parts has been developed for the past many years in developed countries.Micro-turn-milling technology has superiority on the productivity and the quality of work pieces,and is more suitable to machine micro-shaft parts and desirable miniature parts.Synthesizing researches on the field of mechanical,electronics,and materialogy in recent years,strength calculations and simulation are related in the structural design of a multi-axis CNC micro-turn-milling machine.The results show that the design is feasibility.
