摘要
为了提高圆弧轮廓的测评精度和效率,本文提出圆弧的圆度误差评定方法,基于最小二乘圆法研究圆弧的轮廓误差,建立模型目标函数并得到被测圆弧曲线半径与圆心误差的不确定度。最后通过模拟实验验证此方法测量精度较高,更符合圆弧误差的分布情况。
This paper proposes a mathematical model of based on least square circles,established an objective function in order to improve the measuring accuracy and efficiency of arc contours.Furthermore the expression of uncertainty on circular center and radius has provides.The evaluation method was proved with the simulated experiments and the results showed that the mathematical model could correctly simulate the actual circular error.
