摘要
科研与教学是大学中永恒的话题,研究者从不同视角论述大学科研与教学的多种关系,但是,建立在线性思维方式下讨论科研与教学关系的结果是无休止的争论,换一种思维方式,运用非线性思维方式来考察科研与教学的关系,以教学学术性为基础,将科研与教学看作一个动态的整体,从大学评价制度、教师激励制度和学生培养制度等方面进行有效的改革,才能有助于我们在后大众化阶段整合科研与教学的关系。
Scientific research and teaching are two topics of eternal significance in universities. Researchers have discussed the relationship between them from different perspectives. However, the discussion based on a linear thinking leads to endless disputes and controversies. The adoption of a different thinking mode, i.e. the nonlinear thinking, will throw new light on the relationship between research and teaching in universities. Re- garding the research of teaching as the basis and teaching and research as a dynamic whole, we should carry out effective reforms in such aspects as our assessment system, the incentive framework for teachers and the education system for the students. This can help us integrate teaching with research at universities in the age after the popularization of university education.
