关于“Y世代”教与学的思考

Thinking of Teaching and Learning in the＂Y era＂

“Y世代”是知识快餐时代，是人追求个性化，要求自我价值实现的时代，在这样的历史时代里，作为高职院校应如何实现教与学的有效统一。本文借鉴南洋理工学院成功的办学理念与教学管理模式，结合教学实践与学习体会，对提高教学质量作出了思考，探究高职教育教与学的有效途径。

the＂Y era＇is the era of fast food. Everyone in this era would like to pursuit personalization and realize self value. In this historical era, how to achieve the unity of teaching and learning in higher vocational colleges is a big problem. Drawing on the experience of NYP^s successful idea of running school and teaching management model, and combining with the teaching practice and learning experience, we think on how to improve the quality of teaching and find the effective way between teaching and learning in higher vocational education.
