摘要
人才心理测评在现在市场经济下占据着举足轻重的地位,人才心理测评方法研究的优化和突破是当代人才心理测评的主攻课题。人才心理测评方法应该借鉴国外经典人才心理测评研究方法,发掘我国古代人才考评经验,反思我国近现代人才心理测评方法,解决当代国内人才心理测评业的“三度”(信度、效度、可操作度)问题,做到科学性、时代性和民族性的统一。
